1. Sponsor / Administrator
This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by As December Falls (“Administrator”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
Individuals under age 16 may not enter or submit personal information.
Employees, agents, representatives, contractors, and immediate family or household members of As December Falls and affiliated promotion partners are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins when entry is first made available and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 20, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How To Enter
Eligible individuals may enter by scanning the official sweepstakes QR code displayed at participating As December Falls tour dates and completing the entry form during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person per event unless otherwise stated.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Signing up for promotional email and/or SMS is optional and is not required for entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One online gaming session on Twitch with the band members in As December Falls
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50
Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Administrator’s sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with prize acceptance.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Drawing will occur on or about October 1, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winner will be contacted using the contact information submitted at entry.
If winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Optional Marketing Communications
Entry into this Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive marketing communications.
Entrants may separately elect to receive promotional emails and/or SMS communications from As December Falls.
Entrants who opt in may receive occasional promotional emails regarding tours, music releases, merchandise, and related updates.
Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent for As December Falls to use winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any venue, promoter, or ticketing company.
